Humanity is sitting on a ticking time bomb. If the vast majority of the world's scientists are right, we could have as little as ten years to avert a major catastrophe that could send our entire planet into a tail-spin of epic destruction involving extreme weather, floods, droughts, epidemics and killer heat waves beyond anything we have ever experienced.

Anyone else notice that the dire predictions of an active hurricane season did not come true? Global Warming should have warmed the oceans and we should all be under water now. If they can't get it right, how are these people (including non scientists like Al Gore) able to predict the next 100 years?

I'm trying to gauge people's knowledge of some basic facts relating to global warming.
